ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

- Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes (full training provided)
- Daily collaboration with Managers and business stakeholders
- Communication with candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Preparing recruitment status updates for the business
- Working with HR systems/ ATS (step-by-step onboarding)
- Supporting employer branding initiatives

WYMAGANIA:

- Are fluent in Swedish
- Communicate confidently in English
- Have experience working with clients, managers, or business stakeholders
- Are eager to learn and develop in HR/ Talent Acquisition
- Enjoy working with people and building relationships
